Directions
Coming from Houston on I-10
- Take #695 or Hwy 71 West interchange to La Grange & Austin.
- Go approximately 0.4 miles just past the Citgo Country Store and Gas station on the left.
- Turn left on FM 1890.
- Go about 1/2 mile, cross a small bridge. Turn in first cattle guard on the left. There will be a Gunsmoke sign on the fence.
Coming from Austin on Hwy 71 going South
- After you pass Ellinger, as you get closer to Columbus you will see the Columbus turn signs on the horizon over the road.
- Watch for FM 1890 that turns off to the right. Turn right on FM 1890.
- Go about 1/2 mile, cross a small bridge. Turn left at first cattle guard. On the fence there will be a Gunsmoke sign on one side and THSS on the other side of cattle guard.
