November Matches & Turkey Shoot This Weekend

 It’s time to get those long guns and pistols ready for some cowboy action shooting with the Texas Historical Shootist Society (THSS). Our monthly weekend matches will be this Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17. You compete either day or both days.
Shooters’ Meeting each day is at 8:30 am. Price is $20 for THSS members, $25 for non-members, and free for spectators.
At our November matches THSS will be honoring cowboy & cowgirl shooters who are military Veterans.
Each Veteran will receive a $10 discount for their choice of one of the match days in November. We all owe a debt of gratitude to those who have given a part of their lives in service to our country!
Turkey Shoot Sunday
Sunday after the match is over, we’ll have our annual turkey shoot. 5 shooters per round, firing one round on a paper target. The closest to the bullseye wins the round. We will shoot as many rounds as we can fill. It’s 5 dollars per shooter per round. Enter as many times as you like. You must shoot a cowboy action match legal pistol.
